My 9 month old loves to scratch his face, his neck, his legs, so I have to keep his nails very trim. I tried baby scissors but found that they left jagged edges. Nail clippers are best for rounding edges. Problem is no one else in the family is comfortable using the nail clippers so I was wondering if anyone had a good recommendation for a baby nail filer. I've been to practically every baby store in HK and don't think I've seen anything especially for babies. Thanks.

We use our glass adult nail file - we find it works the best.
It is smooth, so does not hurt his skin when we miss his nail, yet does an excellent job. It is our favourite file too.
When we can't find it (like yesterday!), we use a small emory board.

We have a groooming kit from a brand called Safety first (available in Toys R Us i think) - it includes tootbrush, comb, nail clipper and nail file for babies.
