I just recently had my daughter (2 and half) and baby do their studio photos and our family photos at www.starstudio.hk, it was superb service, and cheap too. Danny is very good. He personally delivered the passport photos to my place in Clearwater Bay. The studio is in Kowloon Bay though.

There was a thread on Venture on the 'Gift Giving' website a little while ago. It may be worth a search.
We used them in London, and were very happy with the quality, the photos were very fun and natural. However, they are very inflexible about the format, which given the cost was pretty disappointing.
