I am breastfeeding my baby and have been using Infacol for 2 weeks now. For the last 3 days she has not had a poo. I am wondering if this is a side effect of Infacol.

exclusively bfed babies often go a few days without poop - just that "booby" juice is more easily metabolized by the baby - and there just is no waste - very lucky for you!
