Any gd women association to join?

When I arrived I joined the YWCA English members Group and attended their "At Home" group which is run each month on 4 Mondays. You get to meet other newcomers to HK, learn about all the facilites and transport here as well as getting out and about to interesting places in HK. If you go ahead with it try to join Tula's group. She has been in HK for a few years, knows her way around and is great fun.

Other Associations that I have found worhtwile is the American Women's Association and the Australian Association. The Aussies meet each Friday around 10:30 for a coffee morning called 'Chatterbox' and I think the American's coffee morning is each Thursday. Check their websites. You weill meet all sorts of interesting people from all corners of the globe at these groups. Welcome to HK and enjoy it.
