Hi - last night I cooked fish in my little oven, I added some ginger, garlic, chillis etc. It was all wrapped up in aluminium foil.
When I took it out the fish had turned blue where the garlic was. It looked pretty horrible but I was brave and tasted it and it was ok.
Does anyone know why this happened? was it the type of foil I used? should I have added the garlic afterwards? am I about to die, etc?
Thanks

I've seen garlic turn greeny-blue before, but usually it's been when I had some left-over crushed garlic that hd been exposed to the air for a little while. I read somewhere that it happens when you use garlic that has started to sprout, but I don't know why, and I don't think it's dangerous.
