what if you made a wrong choice?

I changed my job recently, and right now I stay in the new office. However, I found it is terrible because I am doing nothing there. Most of the time, only myself is there, no one to talk, no one comes.want to change again. I made a stupid choice for quitting my previous job because of a little more money.

Shall I leave again?

it sounds like a dull job and if u only get it becoz of money then u definitely should get out of there... working is not just for money!

if you have only been there a short while are you still under probation? If yes, then at least if you want to leave you can get out quite quickly.

BUT I would use this opportunity to say to your boss ...once I pass probation will I have the oppotunity to take on more responsibility? I have seen other people in the office doing "whatever", if possible I would like to get involved in that as well, I think it will help to increase my understanding of the company and help me do my role better?, I am not feeling that the job is quite what I expected, can we review the job description to see what else I can contribute to?

At least then you will get a feel for whether or not the company has any interest at all in improving your situation and you will get a better idea as to whether you might enjoy it more in the future. It also might help you get involved in other things to keep you busier and to help you mix with other colleagues.

The first thing is to be proactive about the position - if not you only have yourself to blame for not making the most of it. Then you will feel better about taking the job. BUT if none of the above look like they are going to happen then I would get out, why waste time? Just be more careful about choosing next time. Now at least you know the kind of questions you can ask an interviewer to make sure you get some more fulfilment in future.
