how do you remove tough mildew??

I cannot find any detergent/bathroom cleaner that removes the stubern mildew (black one). I may have to remove the rubber seam and replace...but don't know how. I'd like to do it myself otherwise the management takes forever to do anything around this building. Does anyone have a good idea???

Sorry, I did not read the thread properly. Mine was red fabric with those blackish mildew....

Tried to get rid of it but unsuccessful. It was red canvas. Thanks.
