I couldn't find much helpful info online.

Is this a club primarily for Portuguese and Macanese members? Or this is just a building that hosts events and has offices?

A friend said that one of the wealthy Portuguese in HK built this place and in fact owns the entire building.

That's as much info as I could find.

Any knowledgeable expats with info?
