Does anyone please know where I can buy an American size (52 inches length 28 inches width) baby mattress for a Pali cot - it's urgent so I'd appreciate any help (I've already tried Bumps to Babes, Mothercare, All Things Healthy (stokke is wrong size). Don't think you can - but i'd check SOGO. They often have some US products. The palis in HK are the European size which is a few inches smallrer all around.

Thanks everyone, much appreciated, Chicco was a no, couldn't find any info online with Sogo (may pop in there) Sevensea quoted nearly $500 and I just found that Ikea cot mattresses are the right dimension - who'd have guessed?! so I hope that helps any future moms with the same problem.
