If you really don't want to get back with him and you are still getting upset, don't meet him. Avoid him like the plague! It won't do any good, "needing to talk" is always bollocks + will only prolong the agony.If you insist on going ahead with it Bach's Rescue Remedy is great for stressful situations :-)

Yep, I agree, don't go there! Take some time to yourself, get your head together, spoil yourself and contact all those girlfriends you've been neglecting!! Once you can mention his name without palpitations, then it's time to meet up again (and by then, you might not even want to!!!)

hi, I agree with them. No more talking with your ex. If you still want to talk and still upset when you talk to him, that means you still care about him and still want to go back with him. I know it is hard to say BYE with someone you love but you need to be strong and take good care of yourself. Try to do other things instead of thinking of him. I tried to break up with my ex for one and half a year, because I wanted to talk to him and know why the relationship did not work out but he just will use you , your feelings....just leave...no call...no email...disappear from his life for a while. If he loves you and want you back, he will call you or try to talk to you...be strong...no tears for man...I got my lesson by hurting myself..guys just dont care like we do about relationship..

Agree 100% NO TALK. Cold turkey is really best. If you don't want him, leave him. If he don't want you, don't beg, cry, plead or otherwise humiliate yourself and say and do things you will regret later. Just leave it. Very sorry for your pain right now. Be kind to yourself and do all the TLC and girlfriend things.
