What brand? there was a recall of .... Enfamil?... a few months ago.

The government labs provide their service to government departments only. However, there are lots of private labs accredited by the govt.

Otherwise, any of the labs in the following table.... click on the number(s) next to the category you want (microbiological, by the sound of it).

Labs are geared up to serving the industry, not individuals; so they won't be cheap.
But if your doctor suspects the milk powder, I'm sure he would send it off to the Health Dept for testing, anyway (assuming it was bought in HK).
