I have been working for my present school for 2 years and three months as a manager. I was promised a bonus of 5% of the school fees, which comes to $12,000,which has not been paid, plus I am owed $7000 in salary. The school has financial problems and I am worried that I will not see any of the money.

What should I do?

If the school is a limited liability company and is bankrupt, you may not be able to get your money back from a bankrupt company unless you have proof that the boss took company's money away illegally.
