Our landlord is proposing a rent increase of 30%. Our target would be more half.

Do you know which arguments and legal sentences to use in our reply to the landlord to try reducing by half his ambitious?

Thanks

In Hong Kong the terms and conditions of a lease is more a matter of negotiations between the parties and to a large extent dependent upon your specific situation and also the market conditions. We suggest you to attend our office of Messrs. Weir & Associates (Address: Room 2108, 21st Floor, Gloucester Tower, The Landmark, 11 Pedder Street, Central, H.K.) for an initial conference. We undertake to give a privileged rate of $2,500 for the initial conference. Please contact our Ms. Maria Chau
