It's better to call the Police that the driver kept your car. It will give the driver many pressure, and he will give the car back.

We suggest that you report your case to the police. This is clear crime of theft or taking conveyance without authority and having terminated the employment contract with your driver and paid him a compensation sum, he has no right whatsoever to have taken your vehicle. Your reason for dismissing him was based on those you have mentioned. If he makes any threats to you or your family you should also report to the police.
