One feed really shouldn't be too much of a problem unless your baby has a reaction. Wait and see but otherwise I wouldn't panic.

When my baby was about 8 months old, our helper (under direction from my husband) managed to feed our baby powdered skimmed milk that is not intended for babies at all!!! She did come out in a rash but that didn't last long. I'm sure that stuff that is intended for 3yo will be fine, just not the ideal nutrient balance for your baby's age.
