Can you see yourself living with this sort of behaviour for the rest of your life? Do you enjoy being with a moody person. Depression is not easy to deal with. Stay if you can deal with him. Plus from what you wrote, it does seem apparent that he still misses his ex. Unless, i misunderstood that. Do you want to be just a standby?
