Central- Shek O - Stanley - Aberdeen - Cyberport and/or Mt Davis Youth hostel (view)- Peak-[then Peak tram back to Central] with lots of waiting time at each is under HK$500 on the taxi meter.

If you to keep to HK island, the cost of a limo with driver would be from $300-400 an hour.

Next time you find a taxi driver you like, ask him for a business card and do as Burgundy says. The price can be negotiated.
