If you bring enough bottles (if bottle-fed) and soothers/dummies/pacifiers for your baby to suck on, she should be fine. If you are lucky (assuming it is a night flight), she will fall asleep as you take off and sleep for most of the flight. Remember though that the plane can taxi for a VERY long time before take off, so try to avoid feeding her until you are actually about to take off. The risk is that she gets full, does not fall asleep and will not suck during the ascent.
I have traveled with both of my children a lot, and the only time that one of them has had ear ache was when we flew in an unpressurised plane (obviously not the case on flights to Europe). Good luck!

I flew to the UK from S'pore when my bubs was 3 mths. First of i assume you have a pass port and HK ID card for bubs. Ask for a bassinet as soon as you book your flight. Take a light weight sheet to place over the bassinet as the cabin light does tend to shine into. Take a change of clothes for bubs and if you can a change of top for yourself incase of any chuckups! When sitting in the bbulkhead seats (where the bassinets are) there is no room for putting things on the floor so all your bags etc will need to go up into the cabin luggage storage so only take what you really think you'lll need. As Dora said feed bubs during take off and landing and if you can, take disposible everything! I truely wish i had as i was express BF. Ask friends or relatives in the country you are going what disposible items they sell that might suit you so you can take what you need for the first few days of your trip then buy the rest when your there. If you can let me know how your feeding and if your expressing etc i might be able to offer more help.

I m breastfeeding. I ve heard of babies throwing up during the flight, is it the case of breastfeeding as well?along with the bassinet do i need any blanket or extra matress - like the changing one?And what about changing the baby, is it comfortable in the cabin toilet?

Our baby is breastfed and did not throw up, but he rarely does anyway. But as life goes, if he does, I would bet it was on a flight when I forget to bring a spare shirt :) So always prepare just in case.
I would bring an extra blanket to line the bassinet to make it more comfortable and 'just like home' for baby. I even made sure it was a blanket that he napped on the day before so it even smelled like home.
For the changing table, you could put down a small blanket or cloth under baby - we always do this.
Breastfeeding does make it all easier - forget your schedule, and feed a lot, keeps baby and other travellers happy!
Hope that helps. good luck!!
