Baby acne/ sweat spots

My 6w old baby has developed baby acne or sweat spots on his cheeks. I know its because of the heat etc but Is there anything I can put on them to make them better. I know there's something called 'Aquasilver' miracle mist, but I dont know if it's available in HK. Your suggestions much appreciated.

It is normal, they will go away... we had them too.

Be glad he is too young to complain about his bad skin :)

we also had them i would jsut wipe her face with a warm cloth every day. As crj said they will go away.

mine has little red spots all over his face as a newborn but all we did was wipe his face with a wet cloth. it went away eventually.

Thanks guys, thats what Ive been doing just washing his face twice a day with warm water and cottonwool
