Does anyone know from where i can learn making pizza here in HK ? And are there any French baking classes offered here ?

Bilingual Pizza Napoletana class at Towngas this month:

Towngas also runs other courses, some of which are bilingual. They are usually held at the Leighton Centre in Causeway Bay.

The Peninsula Hotel holds regular cooking classes, including French baking classes. Give them a call and ask for the class schedule.
