HI ok techies or proud phone owners heres your chance. Convert me. I am sitting on the fence whether to choose a Treo 650, Blackberry or is there something better out there?
Features required: Phone, word docs, address book, calender, camera and if possible music (this is least important). So what phone is best? Must be easy to use and sync with G4 mac.

No camera or music player on Blackberries. Both do phone, word, and calendar. Treo is easier to use. Sync with Mac requires extra software purchase. Treo has more third party software available for extra functionality. Treo keyboard and form factor easier than the Blackberry. Blackberry has no antenna.

A colleague came to VN from the US with a Blackberry. He traveled to a couple of provinces in VN and went to Cambodia. Wherever he could find a cell phone signal he was able to send and receive his e-mail, or place a call. I don't know what else it can do, but for phone/e-mail it was not bad!

If real time push email is not at the top of your list then you just need a PDA. Blackberry is email first, phone second and all other items after. Grab a TREO bro.
