I think the best bet would be to get yourself (by minibus?) to Central and then catch any of the cross-harbour buses (101,104,111,115...) that go along Des Veoux Road. Depending where in Hung Hom you wish to go you might then have to change again on emerging from the tunnel next to the HH KCR station. I do it regularly, but I also do the train option whereby I can go from my office in Central to home in Hung Hom without actually going outside (well, except for about 10 metres) - MTR from Central to TST, 5-minute walk through subway to TSTE KCR station and from there it's just one stop to HH KCR. From there home is under cover all the way apart from 10 metres. Like I said, it could depend on where in HH you want to go.
