Im wondering how much it would take me to undergo a liposuction here in china. I do want my flabby belly to be removed. I workout so i lost weight but the skin around my waist down the hips is so loose, I guess toning it wont help.

gee..I never thought having a lipo means wearing girdles, which I really hate. But you are right though, maybe having it during winter time will be the best. I am based in China so it's the best option I have..to look for a good lipo specialist here. Thanks PDQ!!
