Burning a picture onto CD

I am looking for a place that burns a picture or some words onto the top of a CD..not merely onto the recording surface of the disc.


I am making Cds for a wedding and want to put the Bride and Groom's name on the front of the disc. I could use labels and will if I have to, but I was wondering if there was place that could personalize the CDs for a wedding.

I think you mean silkscreening or offset printing on the CD (not quite sure how it can be burned on without damaging the disc).


Perfect Disc does this. Can't recall costs, besides we did several hundred on special shaped CDs.

You can also pick up a hardware piece that I bought in the US for a few dollars. The software allows you custom design the CDs and the hardware prints on a paper that can be glued to the CDs.


Hardly used but looked like an interesting product :) Didnt cost more than 15US$ and should be available in Wanchai computer center....

Checkout the local computer centre alot of inkjets to direct print to CD surface (ie cover without a label)...
