Would u recommend an overseas bank account if I need to put in US money now but I am movin to Hong Kong in 4 years?

an offshore bank - especiallly in the Channel Isles - generally pays better interest on any currency (other than HK$) than HK banks do.

Burgundy - how does one find out about an offshore bank that isn't going to run off with my money? I can't find a helluva lot about who is good and the others.
