I'm moving to Hong Kong at the end of Aug and want to live around Central. I have been on a couple of expat websites to look at apartments but was wondering if anyone can suggest a good real estate agent to help me. I am looking to pay 5000 - 12000HKD and know it's poisonously expensive on the island for anything decent but are there any other avenues as well as the real estate agents I might try? I've seen the leased by owner site on asiaXpat and wondered if this is a good way to try and find something as I want to be sorted in about 5 days from when I arrive. Ambitious? I'm a little fussy!

hey , try 'the sea ranch' at lantau island. weekly accommodation is 1000hkd and this is a private beach resort
