been EVERYWHERE and nobody does larger than a size 9. gonna try Stanley Market but has anyone found any closer to Central?

I suggest you go to Mongkok. There's a whole entire street that sells sport shoes and you should have no problem finding your size there.

I don't know the name of the street itself but it is perpendicular to the Ladies Market. Look for the "Bank Center" exit when you get off at Mongkok MTR (Exit E I think). And when you get out, just walk straight across the street, that will be it.
