Hi. I am a professional singer from the US and I have an important event to perform for next month. I've looked through many music stores around here, including HMV. The problem is that I can't seem to find a good place to buy some background/karaoke music. I was wondering if anyone can direct me as to where I can go to find some? In fact, if someone is willing to make a cd for me based on a list of songs, I am willing to pay for it, in case you have to download the songs for some cost.

You could download 'itunes' from Apple
http://www.apple.com/itunes/music/
From there you can use your US credit card to join the itunes store which is 99C a song and download and burn any music you want.
