Hi,
I am a qualified early childhood educator and native English speaker (B.Ed early childhood and B.Teach primary) I have a 18mth old and am starting a small - 5 other children- playgroup. I envisage a 2 hour session once or twice a week. Are there any mums interested in doing this? I would be happy to have helpers bring children. Structured activities would be developmentally appropriate and lots of fun. We would do art, cooking, music and free play. I have a large (130sqm) outdoor area with access to a hose for water play. We have a large bright airy room that would serve as the "classroom". I have recently taught as the class teacher for a nursery class in a nearby international kindergarten.

Hi taverner,
my daughter will be two end of the month and I would like very much for her to join your playgroup as I'm also looking to meet with other moms to set up activities like ones you've mentioned.
