Museums??
you can get a multimuseum pass for not much money.
I've been to the Science Museum with a 2 and 4 year old. Lots of hands on stuff for the kids - especially ones older than mine. Also close by is the History museum - my sister went there while on holiday and was impressed. Both in TST.
Ice skating at Cityplaze while Mum and dad shop?
Yum Cha?
In Stanley is a maritime museum which they claim is good for kids - also alot of the market is undercover.

there isnt much besides indoor activities!!! unless if they really do like the heat, they can go to outlying islands for day trips.

The Black Eyed Peas are playing at Asia Expo tomorrow night I'm sure they would think that was cool.

there's heaps to do in HK even in this lousy weather. Apart from what has been written above pick up a What to do in HK booklet at the HK Tourist Assoc at TDT or Central Star Ferry. I've just had two 20 year olds here and they did what Foolonahill suggested and LKF at night. Loved the place and want to come back.
