umm not sure they do lessons...my hubby has been kiting for years and you can't really do it in S'pore as the police get funny. There isn't a law to say you can't do it but there isn't one to say you can. It's mostly done on the East Coast if done in S'pore. Arr i remember where they do lessons Mana Mana on Bintan there is a guy there i'll have to get back to you with his details as hubby has them and he's just popped out. It's seasonal and now is a good time but over the other side of Bintan call Trikora the Locals side (the real indo not the part leased by S'pore). Anyway i'll get this guys number for you and you can call him and talk to him about it.
