Studying for GMATs

Hello, I'm studying for the GMATs (test date Sept 2006). Is there anyone else studying and looking for a partner? I'm great at verbal, very poor in quants. Also looking for suggestions of study places in HK. Revising at home is distracting, and Starbucks proves unreliable. Thanks!

What about the big library in Causeway Bay - they've got study bays - not sure of details but it's open to the public. Also - if you are interested I can sell you my old GMAT study books (Princton etc) - maybe 4 or 5 from about 2002-ish. Maybe $200 the lot? I'll look them out if you want them.

cheesygrin, thanks for your library suggestion. As for the books, thanks but no thanks. I have plenty of those, sitting, dusted, in the corner of my room. I would like to purhcase some bottles of motivation and perseverance if that's for sale.

No worries re books. Just another thought on places - I used to read in the Pac Coffee on the 3rd (?) floor of Lee Gardens - v quiet and not quite as "intense" as the library!

Do the CD-rom exercises by Kaplan. It's very helpful. I knew someone who just practised the exercises without reading any books. He spent less than a month to prepare and got a score of over 600-ish. But of course, he is a pretty smart guy to begin with.
