Does anyone know a fantastic eyebrow shaper in hong kong? Waxing/tweezing preferable.

Nars in the LG floor of the Landmark, near the entrance to the MTR. Can't remember her name but it was the taller of the assistants who did my eyebrows - absolutely fab! (I once had the other assistant but it wasn't as good)

I just walked in both times and they were free - don't know if I was lucky or if that's the norm.

I would strongly recommend you to go to the 4 Seasons Spa (IFC), Rubina is simply great with eyebrow shaping (threading).

bobbi brown would be the best. my friend is a makeup artist there but now she quits and does freelance makeup. she also provides eye-brow trimming at your home or any place u want to. price around HKD 150. lemme know if you are interested.
