I brushed his teeth twice to 3 times a day (after meal). But he still got black stains on his 2 front teeth. Anyone of you experienced this problems with your baby? Are you able to clear the stains? Justin's paediatrian said it may be due to the iron in his multivitamin.

You are better off chatting to a Dentist and getting a check up for your son. It could be a number of things. They could have come through that colour. Certain antibiotics taken during pregnancy can cause staining on primary teeth. Also a big knock on the teeth can change the colour darker as the nerve has died inside. The last thing is it could be tooth decay, a dentist will tel you for sure though. But I know there really isnt a way to remove stains on baby teeth. GOOD LUCK

When A child is found to have had way too much fluoride (and it has to be alot) then if the teeth have been affected the appearence is usually a 'mottled' look.
