Can anyone recommend a really good Chinese restaurant in the Central/Admiralty area? There are so many to choose from I don’t know where to begin. It is for a business lunch so needs to be suitable for creating a good impression.
thanks everyone - i ended up going to the One Harbour Road chinese resturant at the Grand Hyatt for dim sum. great food, great veiw and was reseoanbly priced too!

I always take clients to Ye Shanghai in Pacific Place -- great food, great decor. The Golden Leaf at the Conrad also has excellent food.

One Harbour Road at the Grand Hyatt. Cantonese food with harbour views. Excellent service and the tables are quite wide apart. There is a small capsule-like lift which only goes to the restaurant.

try Lei Garden at IFC Mall for award winning authentic chinese (guangdong) cuisine (great dim sum as well), book early, and ask for a booth for privacy
