Anyone know of a reliable professional knife sharpener? My knives are now far too blunt and old to do myself. They need a professional who can put the shoulder back on the blades. Preferably HK Island.

The Yellow Pages lists 8 places under "Sharpening services". The only ones on HK island are in Wong Chuk Hang and Chai Wan.


Sometimes you can find knife sharpeners sitting out on the streets in Sheung Wan/Western but I don't know if they would put the shoulder back.

I think it depends on who you find to do it. That is the big question though.
