Last month I missed a months rent due to a financial problem I had.At the moment I am unable to repay that rent back but have continued to pay my rent this month.
My landlady lost it when I sid I could not repay the missed month and she would have to wait until things got better on my side.I also told her to take the missed month out of the deposit.
Anyway I went home this evening only to find a Lands Tribunal letter taped to my gate.
My question is how far can she go with this.I admit I am 1 month behind but will pay this back as soon as possible but not this month.
Any answers appreciated.

Sounds as if it's an application for recovery of possession - she wants the property back. On the letter it should say how may days you have to oppose the possession, 7 or 14 days from date of service of the application.
I think this is the form you need to complete and get off to the LT (there will be a filing fee):

You also need to get a copy to your landlady.
Here is a pdf on the general procedures on application of order of possession.

How far can she go? To the bailiffs...
