Last month I missed a months rent due to a financial problem I had.At the moment I am unable to repay that rent back but have continued to pay my rent this month.

My landlady lost it when I sid I could not repay the missed month and she would have to wait until things got better on my side.I also told her to take the missed month out of the deposit.

Anyway I went home this evening only to find a Lands Tribunal letter taped to my gate.

My question is how far can she go with this.I admit I am 1 month behind but will pay this back as soon as possible but not this month.

Any answers appreciated.

Basicaly it is saying a complaint has been lodged and procedures to remove me will start if I dont respond.

Can this happen with only 1 month arreas and still 2 months deposit.
