Nice car!
Our car seat attaches via the seatbelt.
Your car seat should come with clear instructions, or go to the manufacturer's website.

If you've come from Aust with car seats as we did, you might discover that the car doesn't have any anchor points. These are not factory installed in alot of cars in HK (as was the case with our Mazda). We spoke to the manufacturers of our Aust carseats and they said it was unsafe to use them without the correct anchors, and Mazda could not install anchors here for us. Our cheapest solution was to buy new car seats to suit HK cars - as mentioned above they attach via seatbelts only and not with anchor points. We got Britax seats from bumps to babes. Some newer cars here have the ISOFIX system which is different again (like my husbands car), but still can't use Aust style car seats with this!! Speak to Toyota to see if HK Harrier has any anchors anywhere.
Hope this helps.
Best bet is to speak to manufacturers of your carseat and see if can use without bolts/anchor points.

From our investigations on the websites, the Britax carseats are good (British made). The same company makes Safe'n'sound for the Aust market. Their website is www.britaxchildcare.com
We bought 2 Evolva 123 seats which can be used from 9-36kg. My kids were 18mths and 4 yrs when we started using them. In Aust we are told you can forward face once they are 9kg and have good head control - I think it depends on each child. As these seats are designed for 9kg + and are only forward facing I assume they would be OK. Check out the website. We found the staff at Bumps to Babes very helpful. (there is one store in the Pedder building and 1 at Horizon Plaze at Ap Lei Chau).
We've been happy with these seats - more rigid than some on the market.
