i tried using regular pillows but i needed about 3 so it was hard to get all the pillows in the right position and then my baby without them all moving again.

see if you can borrow from someone who is already done with theirs. Honestly, you need it for breastfeeding for about 3.5 months at the most, and then unless you're using it to prop your baby up or for other positioning issues (the boppy pillow is very handy for this) you dont' need it for breastfeeding.

I can't seem to remember exactly how much it was at B2B. I think one of the most basik one was something like HK$280. Those on the Prairie girl are more stylish and cute, so easier to "recycle" after use as a breastfeeding pillow and nicer gift surely :)
The milkbar is something like AUD75( around HK$445).
I admit I didn't use any pillow, but well, I know that it can be much more comfortable, and as nursing isn't always easy, I think that having anything to make it nicer isn't too much ;)
