Did you try Sham Shui Po, I think there are alot of textile wholesale shops on Yu Chau Street. But no personal experience sori.

I often shop at Sham Shui Po and am sure you wil find it well worth the visit. Apart from cloth, you will find whole shops devoted to beads, fastners and ribbon etc.
Take a map if you haven't been before, it's quite easy to get a bit lost as you pop in and out of the shops!
As a starting point you should take the exit from the MTR to Apliu St and head towards Nam Cheong St.
Keep in mind that while there is a small amount of fabric fsold rom a roll there, for the most part it is sold from swatches and on average it will take around 3 days to order your selection in.

Ther eis always the hawkers bazaar opposite the Sham Shiu Po Police station on Lai Ch Kok Rd. These hawkers sell the remnants and offcuts of the factories...so you can buy off the roll or by the piece, This it inselft worth a look as it is literally a mountain of fabric under a canvas roof - total fire hazard but I have never been disappointed and the prices are extremely good.
