Can someone advice me if it is ok to start swaddling an 8 week old baby? Am I too late?

Never too late - you can start now and see if it helps baby sleep.

I agree with cri, its never too late. I dont know what I would do without swaddling. Its the only thing that gets my baby to sleep at night with his colic. Your baby WILL struggle at first but once swaddled you will instantly see the difference. There is plenty of websites discribing how to swaddle properly, just do a google on 'swaddling'. You must do it properly otherwise your bub will quickly unravel. GOOD LUCK
