Hey All,

I just realized that my new house does not support PCCW broadband so no internet and NowTV.

I have requested they push for my install. There are many houses in my development that have it but not mine as yet. Anyone with experience in dealing with this and ideas to expedite through PCCW. Need it done by early Sept. Cheers

Some homes where I live already had NOW BB/TV when I applied. PCCW took two weeks to arrange it for our place, something about servers.
