Hi all - just wanted to finish this thread. Fujiac are extremely unresponsive and expensive so I ditched them.
I then found a Mr Yiu on 93144522 who will actually make the effort to come to your house and inspect the a/cs first before giving a quote. He charges 350 per a/c. Very very helpful and prompt in making his appointments. He will service your a/cs in your house - no need to remove A/Cs. Would recommend him.

Hi, quick qs - who's responsibility is it to service the aircons, landlord or tenant? In spore most contracts clearly state that its the tenant's responsibility to service aircons once every 6 mths, but here my contract says the landlord is in charge of ensuring that all equipment in the house is in working order and structurally sound (unless ofcourse the tenant wrecks something due to negligance)... so I would assume the landlord takes care of servicing aircons as well?
If all of you are homeowners and enquiring for your own home, then ofcourse thats a different matter....

well, the landlord gives the equipment to the tenant in a working condition....it's the tenant's duty, therefore, to pay for maintenance & return the equipment in a working condition back to the landlord...

Hmm. That's exactly the opposite as Australia. It's the landlord's obligation to ensure the equipment is kept at the same condition as it was provided, as it induced the tenant to move in.
