Will be moving to Hong Kong shortly and will need a car, will probably be there for a year or two. Is it possible to lease a car? If not what are prices like for used cars and resale values?

Used cars are cheap - depending on what you are looking for. Of course, the high-end sports style car will be more expensive than the Japanese family run around, but still significantly cheaper than buying second hand elsewhere in the world.

Any idea on leasing in Singapore?
Singapore makes more sense to lease because of the high permit cost.
