You have hit the tweens age - that are not catered for very well in HK- there used to be a company that was run by an expat - I am not sure they are still around. It is a tough age for clothing - right up until about 14-15years when they can fit into the small womens size. You could try the mongkok market at Fa Yuen St. Or the Espirit outlet shops all over HK - one in Mongkok as well. They do have small sizes, but it is hit and miss on the day.

Most of the stuff in Stanley Market are for smaller children. My daughter is 7 (size wise she is 9), couldn't find anything there. The above post is right, HK does not cater well for girls of this age. Try Bossini, cheap, good quality. Size 140 should do unless she is very big then they have 150 as well.

Just thought of other places today .... Giodarno Kids, Bossini Kids, and Seibu.
Espirit do have a kids selection - but shop at the outlets- the prices are much better - they are just a bit 'last month"
