Hello, Is it hard to get a driving licence in hongkong? Someone told me that driving test is easy but written test is hard.

To me, it's the other way around. Written test is easy - well, you still have to read (i.e. study :P) the booklet they give you when you apply for a driving written test.
Driving test itself is short, only 10 min (max) but it eally depends on the condition of the traffic. They have the checklist. There are some mistakes considered fatal - meaning, one mistake, and you're out!!
