Try calling 2368 0339. They do professional window cleaning service. Haven't used them, just received their mailer, and thought they might come in handy some time..
For flats 700sqft and below, dust & dirt cleaning $900; special detergent for acid-rain stains $1300.
for flats 700-1300sqft-- dust and dirt $1100; $1700 for acid-rain stains
