Dive for the weekend ?

Hi guys ,

I am based in HK but really want to get out of it for the w/e. Ive been loking at diving in Phillipines - but given transport arrangments from manilla / cebu - is it realistic to think i could do this by flying out friday evening & coming back Sunday night .

Also can anyone recomend a good dive club in Hk ?

hi expat 2, why not take a direct flight to cebu? that will save you time -- and money too?!

Malapascua in Cebu have excellent dive spots


Cebu Pacific has direct flights to Cebu and back, so your plans are realistic. But check the weather there first, since it's typhoon season this time of the year

And don't forget that the recommendation is to wait at least 12 hours (some experts say 24) between your last dive and flying - so in effect you will only get 1 day diving.
