Ok this may be strange for some but my caretaker in Sai Kung has two guard dogs, these poor 4 legged animals are chain up 24-7 and frankly its all just a bit sad their accmodation. Make shift boards and bits and pieces. I just feel sorry for these two very loving dogs and would like to get them a nice decent dog house. However on walking into a pet store was blown away by the cost $3500 each (all weather kind). That not the kind of money I want to part with, lets be reasonsable - does any one out there know where I can get something decent for a decent price??

Deesiq, You can also look under "Pets" and sometimes there are dog houses and large crates for sale and also look under the "Free" section, you may find something.

Well, if deesig has offered and the dog owner won't accept her kind generosityy then perhaps a visit from an SPCA inspector would change his mind.

hey thanks everyone for imput most surprised by response. By the way LL of the development said he doesn't care what we tenants like to offer re: new dog house up to caretaker to accept or not. Given it would be FOC don't see why caretaker would reject.

Sorry not meaning to be ungrateful but are these the ones for the plane? if so may be small and to be honest not sure if they would use it. You know, I would take one of them and let's give it a try. Why not, better than what they got now. Where and how? if you are going to drop them off at the SPCA I would gladly meet you there to and take one off your hands.
